We offer a reduced rate to charities to make professional communications more accessible. We also donate a portion of our profits from our proceeds to the Books in Homes program. Books in Homes provides reading books for disadvantaged children, so that they, too, may grow up with a love of reading and writing.

As a Certified Marketing Practitioner and award judge with the Australian Marketing Institute, a Professional Member of the Public Relations Institute of Australia, and a Panelist with the Digital Toolkit, Director Jackie McRae contributes to the marketing and communications industry and provides an ongoing best practice approach for her clients.

Enjoy 100% confidence in our understanding of the work to be done. Our reverse brief ensures we’ve captured all the details, set the scope of work, and conceptualised the structure, KPIs etc. before we start writing.


We bring all the research and collateral together to create your communication piece. Depending on the project size, we generally schedule 1-2 weeks for the first draft process.

Unlimited edits

We aim for a near-perfect draft the first time, but copywriting is a process and it’s natural to take a few goes to get it just right! Our commitment to you is this: we write until it’s right. There’s no charge for editing after the 2nd or 3rd round when you partner with us.

Proofread the published version

Copywriting services usually end when the final draft is given, but 5-star services deliver above and beyond and we do, too. It’s not unusual for slight glitches to happen in the copy and paste process, so when your copy is online or ready to be printed, let us know and we’ll review it to make sure it’s market-ready.
