After 30 years in business with no website or social media presence, handyman Shannon engaged COPY CRED in 2021 to get him online. While a licensed builder, he wanted to focus on home handyman projects rather than new builds, so it was important we attracted the right client.

We developed key messaging through website copy writing and a comms charter that celebrated his licensed builder status while focusing on handyman projects. In collaboration with a trusted web developer – Acumen Creative – we gave Shannon a basic website and content, Google My Business page, established his Facebook page and respond to his messages.

Shannon has continued to work with COPY CRED since 2021 and enjoys not having to think or worry about his social media activity.
