Situation
After years in business, Luminact’s focus had evolved and its website no longer reflected their brand. They approached us to help rewrite their copy to attract the right kind of client. We were mindful that their offering was highly technical and they applied for many government tenders who would look at the site, so this required a good understanding of the complex and sophisticated nature of the business.
Solution
Given the significant change in direction, we started with a communications charter to re-establish the new parameters for key messages, target markets, solutions and calls to action. From here, we could easily create copy for the website as we had a clear guide to show us the way.
